What was the highlight of Moderno Hotel Roma
good hotel, worth the money
The hotel is new and clean and the rooms are bigger than the usual old style Rome rooms. The location is 5min from Termini train station, but in a quiet street. It is also good to walk to the main city center attractions. The hotel had an issue with the fire alarm two nights in a row, which was very annoying. But the hotel gave a refund and was very involved in the refunding process with Booking, which i highly appreciate.
the breakfast is the only thing worth improving. I think a buffet system would be more efficient. now one or two persons serve each guest individually. it causes queues and it os unnecessary.

Comfortable, excellent location.
Location is excellent The front desk was kind, helpful and easy to approach. Room was clean. Bathroom of a good size. There’s a kettle and fridge in the room. They help book an airport car upon request.
Room could be cozier. Elevator slow. Breakfast is from 7:30am which is inconvenient but they do offer a breakfast box. However we don’t get to choose, you’re mandated to have a tiny croissant, 2 dry pre-packed (store bought) toasts and a fruit ( u don’t get to pick it) which is frustrating taking the price paid for the room. It is truly the friendly staff that makes the stay worthwhile as well as its location.

Wonderful
I was a bit apprehensive of the location and hotel. But the location was ideal, the room was very clean and comfortable. I was most impressed by the gentleman who assisted me when I reached the hotel late at night. Friendly and willing to assist, that is hospitality . Thank You Ricardo.
